Free UK Delivery
WeKind London is pleased to offer free standard delivery across the UK on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Additional Delivery Options
- DPD Next Day: £7.50 – Tracked next business day delivery 🚚
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.15 – Next working day delivery 📦
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.05 – 2–3 working days 📬
We use a 2–3 working day delivery service (such as Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent), ensuring your parcel reaches you safely and efficiently. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email (with tracking details where available).
Order Processing Times
WeKind aim to process orders on the same day they are received, if placed before 12pm on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand — such as sales events or around Christmas — processing times may increase slightly, but we will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays
While the delivery aim is 2–3 working days from dispatch, please be aware that minor delays can occasionally occur due to high seasonal volumes, local postal disruptions, or adverse weather. Your patience is appreciated.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We kindly ask that you double-check your name and delivery address at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete details are submitted:

WeKind cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, or failed delivery.

In such cases, your order may be returned to us or incur additional charges from the courier. These costs will be added to your order and must be settled before re-shipment — regardless of free delivery promotions.

If your package is returned due to address issues, you will be required to pay full delivery costs for it to be resent to the corrected address.
