Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date, provided the items are:

In a resellable condition, with all tags and seals intact
If your return meets these conditions, you may request either a full refund or an exchange.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe return of your parcel, as WeKind London cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we aim to process refunds within 7 working days. You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges
If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item once we’ve received and processed the return.
