We offer free standard delivery across the UK on all orders — no minimum spend required.

• We use a reliable 2–3 working day delivery service (such as Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent).
• Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.

💸 Refunds

Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
